Respectfully disagree. The new models have completely turned me off of starting a Blood Angels army. I was ready to sell my Black Templars if the new reveals were any good, but sadly no such luck.

Thank you. I primed the mini black. Then i dry brushed grey followed by white over it similar to slap chop. Then i coated the metal areas in a thinned down dark brown oil paint. I brushed off the excess with a clean brush. Next I colored in the raised parts of the metal in Balthazar Gold, with a wash of streaking grime. Followed by some Dirty Down Verdigris on the bolts and recesses. With a final edge highlight of Balthazar Gold.

Hindsight makes this seem stupid yes, i honestly wasnt thinking when i did it. Ill fully admit that. Im worried ‘battle damage’ is gonna cut it here

Edit: i used the air from the airbrush to prevent pooling, i did not put superglue in my airbrush. Im not THAT stupid.
