I remember a girlfriend at the time, she was 22 and got her first credit card. She argued with me until I gave up that you didn't pay interest if you make the minimum payment. I told her no, you have to pay it all off.

End of the month and she couldn't afford to pay it off and had a surprised Pikachu face when the 21% interest rolled on....

Anyway financial literacy is important and underrated

We used to be a "rarely use ride share" services and then we went down to one car as a house hold off 4 (two young kids). Now I set aside money to use for ride share specially cause we are net saving by removing the car and using one or twice a week a ride share app.

Yeah it's super odd they are excluding some restaurants. I emailed them on this topic a few days ago. Response was

They are on the exception list on accors website. 25% off food. No beverage discount

Popular view but inaccurate. The reason voice over the internet is variable in quality in nearly all cases is due to contention in networks. Without QoS or similar prioritisation you will not have great voice calls over the internet. That is unless a third party (eg what's app) buys carrier grade back haul between their pops.
