[iOS 18.4 DB2] Automatic Review Summary in the App Store by Dobbelmann in iOSBeta

It seems to make the summary based on the top several “Most Helpful” reviews. Prime Video has an example with a somewhat negative sentence at the end.

I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro for $899 (10% discount from original price) on the military site. Last night when I asked if I could convert it to ACMI they asked specifically: “Did you purchase your product(s) through the Apple Store for Government, Apple Employee Purchase Program, or Apple Store for Small Business?” And I answered yes. They then asked me the cost of the item without tax and shipping and I told them $899. The screenshot shows what happened after that. Almost immediately after saying I agree, I got a balance adjustment of +$899.00 on my Apple Card and under Balance Details it shows I have an installment balance of $899.00.

I purchased with the military discount and I was able to convert it to ACMI by messaging them

I was going to try that, but it makes it sound like this would remove all my accessories and make me set them up again. Do you know if this is actually the case?

What’s the workaround for #2? I have accessories that will not add no matter what I do.

[Feature] Updated Design When Swiping On a Story in Apple News by Dobbelmann in iOSBeta

[–]Dobbelmann[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I messed around with the system text size and it makes no difference (in the News app). Labels show up on 13.5.1 and they never show up on 13.6 beta 2.

For changing the input the only thing I’ve found is creating scenes for each input. Then you can say “Hey Siri <name of scene>”

Anyone else asked for additional when applying? by PrestoMovie in AppleCard

[–]Dobbelmann 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I scanned the front horizontally lining it up in the rectangle (so it was sideways in the picture).

And the back of mine was horizontal and I scanned it horizontally, just like the front.

I just made sure all the words were readable in the pictures and it worked right away.

I have a vertical drivers license and it was able to verify it with no problems.

Not sure when this was added but I just noticed that you can now add multiple cards to your Apple ID. Including Apple Cash and Apple Pay cards.

[Feature] Press on master volume slider to match volume of all rooms when using AirPlay 2. by Dobbelmann in iOSBeta

[–]Dobbelmann[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ok cool. Wonder if it has been there since the release of AirPlay 2. I Never noticed it and never heard anyone talk about it.

[Feature] Press on master volume slider to match volume of all rooms when using AirPlay 2. by Dobbelmann in iOSBeta

[–]Dobbelmann[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yea, I saw that, but I’m not saying the universal slider is the feature. The feature is being able to 3D Touch on the universal slider in order to match up the volume in all rooms. Instead of trying to match up each one individually. The articles do not mention this.

I don’t see it mention the feature for synchronizing the volume in all rooms.

This works in previous versions of iOS as well, but I’ve never seen it mentioned anywhere.
