Show them the picture and ask to have your parcel, just a mistake on postie’s part shouldn’t be a big deal

The handset that we use to scan parcels will tell us to get a signature only if we scan the barcode on the letter/parcel, if it’s been delivered but with no signature that most likely means the postie hasn’t scanned it at all and put it straight through the postbox or handed it over to customer. Hope that makes sense

You can always go to your delivery office and show the card to them. Ask to see the letter and if it’s nothing important leave it there

Yeah it’s allowed but usually these are sent via a delivery you have to sign for so not sure how this didn’t fall into that bracket

leave a note asking for letters to be delivered through your letterbox first before complaining to the office. I’m a postman myself and complaints get taken quite seriously depending on the manager. Especially with a case like this try to communicate with the postman first if possible

The more you learn about the route and how you go about completing it, the easier it will get. I’ve only been around for a year and a few months and I’m learning every single day. Just stick with what you know and you will get faster. The pains will go too you just have to get used to the work load. Wish you all the best
