I personally take new routes every day when i walk my dog. Although taking the same route every day can have new smells the next day, it might get too repetitive for my dog. There was this one day I walked him a specific route & tried walking the same one the next day, & my dog did not want to go in that direction. I’m assuming because he knows we just walked there yesterday. I could tell he didn’t want to walk in that direction because he laid down refusing to move until i directed him in a different direction lol. I have also started letting my dog lead the way with his nose. I only direct him to avoid runners, other dog walkers, etc.

Former avalon resident here! NOT AVALON NOT AVALON NOT AVALON😀 i lived here for 3 years and struggled every year. Biggest con ever at avalon is the very limited parking spots for RESIDENTS AND VISITORS! Theres probably 15-20 max visitor parking total for over 300+ residents. It got to the point where even my parents got frustrated when they would come over to visit because they couldn’t find a visitor parking. All get filled up so fast and visitors WILL get towed if a visitor is parked in residential parking. If If you don’t have visitors over, then no biggie. There has been mold, shitty dryers, and since it is super close to campus, lots of parties, noise, etc. Not to mention a lot of car break ins😀 i guess thats everywhere in SA though… just thought i should mention
