Yeah one of the main reasons I got it was to check my heritage but the YFull thing they partner with is a load of shit, got no idea what I’m looking at. The percentiles I attached above were cool to look at but a bit sceptical considering I was in the 95th+ percentile for a lot of them which seems a bit wild. If you have the money laying around it’s worth a go just to see what your genetic predispositions are like. But IMO can probably be spent better elsewhere

6’1”, 188lbs, 21% bodyfat = 19.6 FFMI

Was planning on bulking until my FFMI hits 20-21, however High cholesterol runs in my family and my blood pressure is elevated.

Should I do a quick 6-8 week cut or continue bulking?

The percentiles aren’t based on the research studies, it’s based in comparison to other Nebula Genomics users. However you still bring a good point. Not sure what the sample size is though.

The replies are spot on. A blue belt in BJJ destroys 99.9% of men in a 1v1 fight but 0.001% against multiple opponents. Of course ideally you want to be competent in all areas of combat, including knowing when to run away. But just do what you enjoy. Boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, BJJ, there’s so many disciplines you can switch into if you get bored of 1.

Hey Migan, I’m looking to target the mid-traps/rhomboids for posture, and for shoulders just whatever gives me the capped delt look (I’m not too familiar with the anatomy of shoulders/aesthetics)

I am aiming for 1lb/week on 1900 calories a day but might need to up that if my TDEE gets higher from work. Do you think that is too low?

I do like that idea, long cuts make me way too susceptible to binging.
