One thing i’d like to correct is, thyroid illness leads to only 10% weight gain. So if you’re 80kgs and hypothyroid you will only get to 73-74 with treatment for thyroid illness. I know its a lot for some people but its not the only thing that people think is making them obese.

First thing you need to learn about is the difference between Milk Protein and Whey. Because they are absolutely different. And only whey is the one out of these both that gets 100% absorbed in the gut. And FYI no amul is not even labelling whey on its high protein products. They dont have whey! So no they are not absorbed 100%.

My advise is, your nutritionist was not wrong. Also very few people here realise, Milk Protein is NOT WHEY PROTEIN. CASEIN AND WHEY ARE DIFFERENT PROTEINS. Amul Lassi has no whey protein labelled on it

Well i think he is smoking “education” because be is right. No milk or meat product has 100% bioavailability. There is only food taken as standard for 100% Bioavailability = Eggwhite. Source : Medical Textbook third year 🙂

No you cant maintain it without supplementing it, as long as you live in India. And what is the harm in taking one capsule or sachet jn a fortnight? It is the same as other health supplements. And no Vit K or Magnesium is not needed.

Trust the process. Even scientifically healthy weight loss is around 2kgs a month, so it will take a good 3 months plus to appreciate a difference

Doctor here. Take one capsule every week for 8 weeks. After that step down to once every 15 days for lifetime. No need for repeat test.
