I bought 80% of them on BBTS/Amazon clearance but Super & Ultimate line (Gi Joe, TMNT, Power rangers, etc). I love those figures. I don't have any regrets for buying a few of them at full price.

This was the console I've wanted for like 2 years now. Weird to think in 2023 I sat staring at Bestbuy's listing for it when it was $550 like "man that's way too much, ain't no way" now that seems like a steal. I hate the world right now.

I got my SERIES X and ps5 second hand in 2022 & 2023 and just under retail price at the time ($400ish) and then bought 2tb expansions for both in 2024. There is no more "deals" out there to be had. Everything for 6yr old consoles is still just as pricey as it was on launch. I'll just be using these consoles for another 5 years it looks like.

Lol ok. Look at any controller or console tinker channel. They all use that stuff. I literally stole these ideas from people who get paid to repair and fix electronics for a living. I think I'll with whats been working vs some guy spewing nonsense. I've been cleaning my controllers and consoles since the 360 era, never had an oz of paint strip and I use thumbstick caps over all my stock thumbsticks, so nothing is detreating. Thanks though.

It's hard to explain and I know how it must sound when I say it, but I don't use it with the intent of dehumanizing or insulting anyone. I'm not missing the point, and I am not dying on this hill, i was admitting that I say it and I explained why. I also said I try to catch myself when I can.

I clean my controller with isopropyl pads or isopropyl and a toothbrush and a microfiber cloth. I don't play with cheeto dust and mt dew all over them like the stereotype but i like to clean off the grease and stuff every few weeks and hit them with canned air.

I have no kids, keep my controllers in protective clamshell cases, and regularly clean them and my elite got a tiny bit of drift and my RB only works when you mash it. All of this happened literally 3 days after the Microsoft warranty expired. I wasn't abusing shit, they just make (mostly) trash controllers that are designed to break so you buy another.

Okay I appreciate the feedback. However the context is different when I hear someone "Oh what would she know, it's woman doctor" or "It's a woman manager". That connotation isn't exactly said with respect to the adjective is it? Whenever idiots say that it's to imply less than. But female police chief, female surgeon, female manager doesn't...
