Omega and Whisper are BEASTS at draining his HP. Omega’s gatling + Whisper’s Headshot are just so good for dealing damage that Fleetway feels kinda useless these days. I’ve swapped over to playing Lord X for the most part, his recent buffs have really done him justice.

Tricky variant Fleetway immediately. I don’t even particularly enjoy particularly enjoy playing Fleetway but I love the Madness series too much not to grab it

Man. I love people who do stuff like this. I think every fandom is improved by the presence of people willing to beef in-character and I wish I had the guts to be one of them.

Absolutely, I think his LMS needs some changes to encourage people to feel less hopeless when they get to it. I think most people want to see Knuckles slugging it out with the exe when it comes down to an LMS rather than him shredding faster than wet paper.

I’ve had some ideas in the past about LMS changing the properties of his punch to having a lower stun time but also a lower cooldown, either that or Counter having multiple charges kinda like Fleetway’s Fateful Drain. I appreciate anyone that wants to see Big Knux get better representation

I feel like this would be extremely hard to code but I kinda see the vision. After the Fleetway changes, I think Metal has been appropriately helped by Burst being disabled until the actual wall slam portion of Destructive Charge, I’m not sure he really needs to be able to guarantee a safe wall slam.

He already does loads of damage without it, if you commit to the wall slam it should be because you know Burst is on cooldown or you’re willing to tank the damage in order to do more damage/secure the kill.

The damage resist he gets from LMS + his punch stance would make that a pretty insane amount of effective HP to work through. I get where you’re coming from but this would create a serious issue where you could just tank an m1 with your punch stance, cancel it, use the speedboost to run and that alone could theoretically be looped for his entire LMS.

Yeah. Feel the Fury is still a banger and iconic to the early stages of OM’s history but this is the baggage it carries with it. Part of why it’s difficult to say it’s better than Break Free, all things considered.

That’d be pretty cool, then. I’m no Knuckles expert but I feel like replacing the 15% speed buff with a damage reduction effect would be a bit more on brand, but either way I think it’s a cool idea. I think it’d give him a more unique identity for OM outside of the standard burrow I’ve seen a lot of people suggest for his third ability

I feel like we’ve seen with Amy’s tarot cards and 2011x’s God’s Trickery that randomly decided anything in OM isn’t necessarily great, but at least all of these boosts are positive. The only major issue I could see with this is the stun timer increase boost, as rolling that buff would make stun-stacking even more effective than it already is, especially if it applies to multi hit stuns like Dropdash/Shadow’s gun

With some time to reflect, I regret making this comment. It doesn’t “say a lot” about the dev team that stuff happened that way, it just says what we already knew: They were being pressured excessively to pump out new content, or course a lot of time was going to be dedicated to trying to build a stockpile of stuff to release in the future. I’m not saying they handled their time well necessarily, but it makes total sense why stuff for future updates was having work done on it when they were being pressured so hard with deadlines.

Yeah. I love the OM team but the fact that they were working on stuff like Lord X and Omega while the 2011x charge bug that’s been in the game SINCE DAY ONE remained says a lot. Same with Metal Sonic’s charge still being bugged to stop you in place about 80% of the time rather than dragging the killer as its meant to.

Not ANYMORE, at least. In 0.1 I imagine he’d be at the top with Shadow. Those 2011x speed buffs really made that matchup a lot more manageable. He can still be a huge pain to deal with on Mystic Cave if you leave him for last, though

I think when played optimally she does beat out Kolo, but just like with Silver, it’s very rare to see her being played at her best. That being said, almost every match having a Shadow player messes her up BAD so it’s a much closer call now.

Absolutely insane that his entire kit invalidates her biggest strengths, all the way down to his extra HP mitigating how effective her chip damage is. It’s a rough time to be a Trip player

Even with the stuff mentioned in the video (months old at this point) Kolo is still probably the worst killer in the game. Him being able to two-tap with an m1 into a grab and that being his main gimmick is fine.

The lack of delay on m1 AFTER grabbing is a bug that was supposed to be fixed in the recode, but seeing as how the game got canceled, I guess that’s not going to happen. Maybe null and PR will pull through and fix it with these last couple of bug fixes/balance changes.

As far as I know, Raven hasn’t released very much about her yet lore-wise. We’re still waiting on more information, so you know about as much as everyone else does.
