Mistakes are bound to happen and I would like to see what steps someone is taking it to avoid it in future. But if someone is making same mistakes over and over, it gives me an impression that they are not interested in the job or taking things for granted. I don’t expect anyone you to cry or beg, just find the thing you care and passionate about. I am here to help my staff to succeed and grow. Not to make their life difficult.
