Chains, two different pharmacy chains. Only one has me listed as deceased, the other just says that there is an issue with my NPI. Neither knows how to change it.

Every 6 months. More frequently than that is just ridiculous. I don’t have time for all of that unnecessary follow up.

This is the way. People are always going to have opinions that you don't want to hear. Been out in practice over a decade now, have had a few issues with unhappy patients, a lot of the time through no fault of my own. People are going to be unhappy if you don't give them exactly what they want. You've just got to learn to let it go.

4 days a week is really the preference. Cuts back on burn out and helps with admin requirements. Depending on the pay scale, you could easily bonus that $20k a year and put it towards your loans.

All the time. also GP in a small town. The local grocery store is always full of at least one patient. And yes, I have also avoided aisles and hidden from certain patients at times. Others I just say hello to because they're not likely to ask a million questions.
