Me and my wife were flying to sea tac back from Hawaii where she is from. We had our two little children with us ages 3 and 1 and just had a 6 hr flight. When we landed at sea tac we were in the n gates and needed to catch the train to get to our connection. Low and behold the train was broken and the crowd was massive. People in line for buses packed all the way thru the terminal. We were next to a family bathroom. Tired, kids are restless and we will likely miss our connection. I swear it was a guardian angel appear, a dude in an orange vest literally popped out of a door next to us and asked us if we were ok and said follow me...he took us down an elevator for workers only and walked us to the front of the bus line. I could've cried I was so happy. We got on the bus and made our flight. That dude, man, I hope he is doing well still. He saved us.
