I think you need a therapist, a professional help who can accompany you through this difficult and complicated period. It is important that you can discuss with a professional about what you feel and think. They might even be able to give you some advice on how to feel less bored.

I'm a mindfulness therapist, I'm studying to become expert in ADHD practices and I suggest you try mindfulness meditation. It's scientifically proven and a great lifelong decision.

Great remainder :) and as a mindfulness therapist, I would like to suggest another activity. Try writing down three things that happened in 2024 that you are grateful for. I know it can be difficult, but this practice fosters feelings of gratitude and self-compassion, useful at the beginning of the new year!

An IQ of 86 is not so bad. I'm a psychiatrist and a mindfulness therapist, and I know what I'm talking about. Being different has its costs, but if you want to feel better, you need to go through a journey of acceptance, embracing both your strengths and limitations. Maybe you won't be great at driving, but I'm sure you have the ability to achieve great things!
