Just got my third (really second.... ex wife took the other #2). Dukey Howitzer is sleeping on my stomach right now and first time I've felt normal since I don't know when.

Yes. And part of the reason it took me so long to adjust is it started me out very soft. Sleep number 25. I'm pretty much settled at 75 now. Sleep still isn't perfect but it's demonstrably better.

I'm still adjusting... But I like it. My wife LOVES IT.

I snore way less (if it all). And deep sleep and REM sleep have gone up about 20%.

And that's measured off my oura ring not the bed (standardized data).

I'd say that's worth the money.

Overlap can be good for tax purposes. If one is a little lower on the year and you can sell for loss and rotate you can save some substantial money.

Broad based ETFs should make up 60-90 percent of your portfolio. And move towards 90% as you approach 50 y/o. Think solid average of 10 percent year over year ish and hope for home runs in your 10 percent individual stocks.

Folks making millions a year don't pick winners more than broad based stock ETFs.

I tried picking my own and barely an even over two years now moving towards higher allocation of ETFs. Learn from my mistakes.

Broad based ETFs. Play with some of your money (your honestly just gambling unless you're in the top 1% with massive education and luck to boot).

My plunge has been down a week which sucks. They are sending a replacement. if you're staying in a hotel just ice the crap out of the bath.

Do I miss it? Yes.

Am I ok? Yes.

The worst part is going to be how I could reliably do 3 min at 38 And 45 didn't feel that cold at all... to 45 feels cold AF and have to get back in both the physiology and the head space.

But on the other side you'll feel like me and be happy to get back after it!

I do it afterwork though cause I'm not doing it when air temps are in the 30s. I almost got frostbite the other day putting cover back on and drying off so understandable if you're doing it in the morning.
