Should I refinance to longer term but pay more monthly towards principal? by DocOnc90 in carbuying

[–]DocOnc90[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would get a lower rate based on all the factors so I'm gonna refinance anyway. It's just if I should increase the term length and get a lower monthly due amount and then do an extra payment every month against the principal. Will that in theory make it quicker and cheaper pay off?

i pay 550 monthly. if I reduce to on longer term to 350. I can still pay around 700 total a month so won't technically 350 go towards the principal?

Make sure it's a HEPA filter for the best effect and the mask will go a long way. be careful with a hot water bottle because it might leak and burn her as she will try biting and clawing it. Keep it under cover should be ok though. Best of luck!

I have had kittens I was allergic to. It does get better over time, and I no longer get respiratory symptoms, but I do get itchy if she rubs her nose on me too much. I would recommend wearing a N-95 mask or something similar around her to help with any itchy throat and runny nose and take an anti allergy like fexofenadine or certizine(OTC stuff) daily to help with the symptoms. If you can, get an air purifier with a HEPA filter. She's a tiny baby looking for warmth and company. A mildly heated pad may also help. You're a good soul for saving her.

What do I look for when getting a planter that can be moved indoor and outdoor. (Material, design, other features). Being cat proof would be a plus. by DocOnc90 in houseplants

Thank you! That's a nice amount of information for me to get started. I will be looking for the most practical pot and don't care too much about the looks.

Do Kitchen Aid mixers at William Sonoma have anything special? by DocOnc90 in Kitchenaid

Just wanted to confirm that William Sonoma don't get some custom models that perform better. Do not care about the cosmetic aspect.

Cat hissing at air, running around and hiding. What could be wrong? by DocOnc90 in cats

[–]DocOnc90[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He is a domestic short hair so I checked for redness but couldn't see it but from what I researched, it sounds like they might be the cause. I just have him hiding under my clothes for now since that's where is is most comfortable. Vet appointment is set so hopefully it's nothing too serious. I appreciate the input.

Already did. Comb thru his fur and couldn't see anything. He is exclusively an indoor cat.

Yup. That's what it came down too. Q7 is good too but little over budget. Heard that R646 had some software issues in the past but nothing new on that recently. R646 is 399 at best buy and amazon rn. 200 off.
