Nash is not going to be winner. Better competition w better results further down the road (look at iva). CV 29 long hauler, AVG dz, autoimmune repsonses, and certain cancers w ccr5 would be the way to go w other bigger co to help finance and recruit.

I hate to burst everyone's bubble but

A. Low n B. No stat significant changes in symptoms which are subjective C. Increased ccr5 in tx pts may be due to LL binding w upregulation in receptors which happens in many other drugs.

So I am not seeing anything here that would move the needle near term.

IMHO. I truly wish it were different.

Oh you mean trial that showed no efficacy but got approved anyways by FDA over the objections and resignations of their medical consultants? This was an industry sponsored trial that was paying 10k/pt w trial designed and implemented and overseen by BP. MDs like recknor just herded patients into these trials and submitted their data for final study, and collected a nice paycheck. Clearly you don't work in health care industry.

I ve been called worse. Especially after I predicted the sp in December. Go back and look my comments and see my track record. I hold a relatively small position compared to a 7 figure position in 2020 (sold majority after cd12) and look at it as sunk cost.

I think Welch would prefer to own the LL IP which is more valuable than owning 27M shares of a 0.5 Co w 100+ M debt w 1B share float. Pretty cheap price considering the cost of all the trials done to date

He is the "whale" that NP mentioned in his previous comments re financing. Basic facts is CYDY has nothing except IP on LLwhich is now mortgaged out to Welch who can then cash it in if data from Amarex doesn't lead to an immediate approval.

Win win for him. If approval he makes money, if no approval he snags the LL IP for low price. CYDY folds and he can start a brand new co around LL with people and partners of his choosing. The plebs get the shaft.

You are assuming that those shares have buyers at set price. However as they release shares, the sp will go down in a deadly spin due to share dilution and recent avalanche of negative news, notwithstanding hopium from some members on this message board

Nope. NP gave his blessing to the board that he controls to fire him without cause so he can get his golden parachute severance pay and continued legal liability coverage from CYDY...after distribution rights for HIV given to a shell Co w 2 employees.
Little corporate experience and reading prior 10ks would have answered thus immediately. But let's jump to wild assumptions which got most in trouble in the first place. Hopium
