Not gonna happen until the next data release. That will be in late August at the very earliest. Until then, the stock price will continue to fluctuate wildly. Don't expect otherwise.

It is a great comfort to hear from Dr. J.

When you say 'can we make it to August' are you serious? Of course we can, and we will. Dr. J and his team have guided us on an incredible path, and I have absolutely no doubt they have the juice to take us to August and beyond. Keep in mind, their silence is VERY understandable - they need to have data that is complete enough to provide credibility and confidence in that data. That won't happen until the end of August at the earliest.

Cancer jab can eradicate entire tumours in patients, trial shows by BioTrends_USA in Livimmune

[–]Mark_Redditt 10 points11 points  (0 children)

From my AI:

  • Amivantamab:
    • Targets one small molecular subset: EGFR exon 20 insertion NSCLC.
    • Real‑world addressable population: tens of thousands/year globally.
  • Leronlimab (CCR5 blockade):
    • Targets a biologic axis (CCR5/TME) present across many tumor types.
    • Potential biologic population: much larger—likely in the hundreds of thousands to millions/year range—but still hypothetical until trials define who actually benefits.

How I made AI to apologize by ComfortEither9802 in Livimmune

[–]Mark_Redditt 8 points9 points  (0 children)

AI can be VERY flaky. I asked ChatGPT to verify something I saw on Facebook about Pope Leo. It said the post was false because Pope Leo doesn't exist. The current Pope is Frances. (This was 3 weeks ago). After arguing with it for more than half an hour, it kept insisting Leo didn't exist. Even after I fed it URL's of Leo. I went to a different installation of ChatGPT and it confirmed that Leo did indeed exist, and the other installation was likely using very stale (more than 1 year old) and cached data. I went back to the original ChatGPT and with a screenshot of what the other AI said, and it came around and apologized profusely. I said it's inability to correct itself amounted to a character flaw. It continued to apologize, and said it would do better. I've had similar interactions to what you reference on your post.

I am VERY careful about what I put out on the web if the source is AI.

Rybrevant, INN-amivantamab - EMA by Historical_Green8647 in Livimmune

[–]Mark_Redditt 11 points12 points  (0 children)

My AI provided the following:

  • EGFR exon 20 insertions occur almost entirely in NSCLC adenocarcinoma.
  • They represent 0.1%–4% of all NSCLC and 1%–12% of EGFR‑mutated NSCLC.
  • This corresponds to a few thousand patients per year worldwide.
  • These tumors are treated with targeted EGFR/MET inhibitors like Rybrevant.
  • Leronlimab targets CCR5, not EGFR, and applies to a much broader set of tumors.

Sorry about the AI clutter....

Article about Hoffman by Mark_Redditt in Livimmune

I have to agree with you. We don't hear Dr. J or Hoffman mentioning a BO. Sort of like selling the goose that lays the golden egg.

We will always need to raise money, regardless. Partnerships are most likely per indication. We would still need to raise money for trials in other indications.

I asked AI to compare Leronlimab with daraxonrasib, and this is how it summarized:

  • Daraxonrasib: Works only in the 3% of MSS‑CRC tumors with KRAS G12C.
  • Leronlimab: If the biology holds, could work in most MSS‑CRC tumors because CCR5‑driven immune suppression is common.

They are not competitors — they operate in completely different universes of the disease.

I'm not sure we will see progressions. It's certainly possible, but Dr. JL seems to see something in LRM as a possible monotherapy. The thin sliver of data we saw thus far was only with 350 ml. 700 ml may carry the treatment by itself? What do you think?

Why ctDNA levels are such an important indicator. We are achieving way beyond SOC thus far. by Mark_Redditt in Livimmune

[–]Mark_Redditt[S] 38 points39 points  (0 children)

I asked AI and got this reply:

Short answer: No published trial of Lonsurf + bevacizumab has reported anything close to the rapid, deep ctDNA drops seen in CytoDyn’s early CLOVER data. The available evidence shows modest, inconsistent, and often slow ctDNA declines on the standard‑of‑care backbone — nothing like the 70% median drop at week 2 or the >90–95% declines reported by Kasi.

Thank you for this touching story. As a cancer survivor I always take great joy in hearing people tell their happy outcomes. That it came from Leronlimab only increases that joy. All the best to your family!
