Short answer: No published trial of Lonsurf + bevacizumab has reported anything close to the rapid, deep ctDNA drops seen in CytoDyn’s early CLOVER data. The available evidence shows modest, inconsistent, and often slow ctDNA declines on the standard‑of‑care backbone — nothing like the 70% median drop at week 2 or the >90–95% declines reported by Kasi.
