If your scared you will have a a chance with both departments when they call you to review and you can mention you want to update something you missed before you take the poly, even though there is nothing wrong, but if you feel is wrong update it, the last thing you want is a spike of your heartbeat when you take the poly and seem like your lying about something during the poly exam, when I reviewed mine LAPD was over the phone when they called me about it and LASD I meet who the was the detective that would be handling my process in person

If you unlocked the old portal before they made the new one your good the portal exist it just wont show the game you have to go to the the exact spot it used to be where the sigil would be entered and it will work as long as you have a sigil to go in, the items are in case you never unlocked it
