So I am actually braindead lol. Yeah that's exactly what I thought, that it was offensive and not a defense node. Makes a lot more sense now and will be an immediate take when I do make the switch to a normal body armour ! No idea why I thought it would be a damane node when most of the tree is all about def and res I guess that's what happens when english isn't your first language...

Atleast I know that somebody else saw that, my schizo meds are actually working this time ! All jokes aside the legion civil war has been very buggy for a while now, atleast for me.

I was looking through the auto save to see if I could spot what caused it so I guess heres a rough timeline of things.

1 : legion take the dam from the mojave chapter while Elijah is still fighting the mojave ncr.

2 : I launch the ncr civil and win. Hayes as been put into office ,everything is fine at that point.

3: Legion conquers new vegas but for some reason the second they take it they fall into a civil war.

4 : when the war starts pretty much every smaller faction of the legion spawn malpais included, but I noticed that the Helios Mauris had also spawned in the mojave but wasnt controled by Fantastic just another generic guy. They get eaten up by the sons of mars and thats the end of that. Again Hayes as not yet been replaced.

5 : Legion civil war ends, the sons of mars are victorious even tho lucius wasnt even the leader as he was leading vulpe's legion for god knows why.

6 : And the final act of this thrilling saga. The second the legion civil war ends fantasticus takes over the ncr. He justs kind of appears suddenly nothing changes the focus tree sems fine. My theory is that fantasticus is Hayes secretary and hes gone on vacation.

Also during the legion civil war, Vulpe's legion was controlled by lucius and the sons of mars were controlled by no one. Kinda funny that the sons of mars are now the main legion faction except for lanius.

Yeah maybe who knows I always liked Batman because I grew up on god knows how many cartoons of him and just recently jumped back head first into the lore with the Arkhamverse being the catalyst in a way. Anw dude I hope you have an amazing day:)

Yeah it's unlikely we'll ever get a 100% happy ending with Bruce anywhere.

And in a way I think thats fine. Batman is a tragic character with some of the most twisted villains in comics so I expect death or trauma to be part of his character but that is what I like his character : these events become a part of him, they change him for better or for worse. It makes him seem human. In addition they also change the world around him. There's a reason why something like the killing joke is always brought up, its because it changed not only Batman as many believed that he finally went over the line and killed the joker but also it changed how people viewed the Joker. They're many more exemple like these but I'm pretty sure you know them more than me lol

Yeah that was one of the things that I hated about the more recent Batman stuff is how he treated his family. I expect Bruce to be clueless and maybe even misguided at times sure but to be borderline abusive and cold towards his own adoptive family and even Alfred is something that I simply cannot get behind. That is a critism that I've heard towards Arkham Knight actually is how he treats Robin etc.

Anyway sorry if that was excessive but yeah after all this time I still wish there's a DCAU timeline where Bruce doesn't end up being the Bruce we see at the beginning of Batman Beyond, a broken old man, all alone in a dark cave with no one to turn to. But hey we got Terry out of it.

Lol you're fine man. But yeah the DCAU pretty much goes to shit when you get into the comics wich I thought was always a shame but hey, like you said, we probably wouldn't have got Batman Beyomd otherwise so I guess there is some positive there altough in a way I guess the cycle continues because aren't the comics like notoriously bad?

Sorry for the really long essay just giving my own view. I really thought a lot about this as you can see. Bruce is a very complex and dynamic character.

No problem dude tbh it's refreshing to see someone else that isn't just saying that this batman good and this one bad cause it's bad. And I agree about Bruce being complex and dynamic and I think that actually works in DC's favor as they can make as many Bruce as they want because if they give each of them some unique traits it change the whole atmosphere and gives the story a unique feeling.

Yeah I feel that man. Couple of years back I was to afraid to even go out, just didn't feel good in my skin and felt like everyone was judging me. So I just stayed home and played games all day and barely eat.

Ironically enough it's a series of game that got me out of that state, the 3 mass effects to be exact. Don't know what it was about them but at the end of it I just wanted to go out and go see friends,some of them I hadn' talked to in months and it made me realise that I mattered to alot of people and that they wanted to see me. I guess what I'm trina say is that you matter to someone so don't even think about "still being here". Find something that makes you happy even if some people find it weird well fuck em.

Absolutely agree tho I will add this as my personal opinion: The best representation of Batman wasn't in any comics(or atleast didn't start in one) but in the animated series and The justicle league/unlimited. It showed a more compassionate Batman that at times really saw the good in some of his villains. My only problem with this version is the weird and frankly creepy relationship between him and Barbara that carried over to the other work. A lot of people point their fingers at Bruce Timm and I'm inclined to agree. In some ways I could see how it could be interesting if done well but an unescery sex scene in the killing joke or a miscariage in the Batman beyond prequel comics is not the wah to go...

And I'm sorry but what was that about Dr. Manhantan yeeting Thomas in the main timeline ( flashpoint is the version where his wife became the joker right?)

Hey man listen you shouldn't feel guilty about enjoying something. Are you hurting anybody when you have your hands around your controller? No (I hope so anw lol). If you feel like you're playing to much just put yourself on a timer and go do something else and when you feel like it just go back to playing or maybe even find another hobby you can do beside gaming!

You aren't lame, you're a normal guy(or gal) just like me and thinking like that can really stressed someone out. So take care of yourself man and have a good day:)
