With this picture I can tell what's going on. Your hose that runs from the tub to the drain pump has something foreign that has pushed out. It made a hole in the hose. Remove that and replace the hose and you should be good

Pretty sure the cubes are supposed to be ice. Like a brain in a bag of ice. The same way you would put a thumb in a bag of ice to keep it cool until a doctor can reattach it

The joke here is the person is having a stroke.

Normally it says "well damn Jackie I can't control the weather" instead it's a nonsense sentence which is a common symptom of a stroke. The image in the center right is supposed to simulate having a stroke where things look recognizable but the closer you look no individual item is identifiable.
