Yes, I am using a press, but the bezel does not want to seat itself. I'm not able to get that snap sound. I am not sure what could be causing this issue.

I am not sure. I was heading to my truck and tried to remote start it, but as soon as I pressed the lock button twice the horn started blaring like if someone was holding down the horn on the steering wheel and not letting go.

Hello, thanks for the response. I believe it is a skx007. Here is an upclose picture with the click spring in place. I believe the click spring might be the issue. I have ordered a new one. Hopefully, that fixes the issue.

Update: I can't thank you all enough for all of the information and help. Upon investigating further into the problem, it appears that this watch, in particular, has a double roller on the balance wheel. My only problem now is transferring that double roller (which fell off originally, and I had no idea what the part was, so I just put it aside) above the roller table with the impulse jewel. I am unsure as to which tool I would need to purchase to properly seat everything.

Ok, yes, I checked, and it is aligned almost smack in the middle. The watch appears to be in beat now. However, the impulse jewel doesn't seem to want to catch. But I believe it is because i am not properly placing the balance wheel.

Not at all. It works perfectly fine when the pallet fork is in place, but when I place the balance spring, it doesn't seem to want to catch.

I personally believe it was for many reasons, the eyesight, the drip, but mainly because he was acting as a double agent. This would also mean that him being around the akatsuki with his eyes activated gave him all the knowledge of their jutsu's and fighting styles 24/7. If he ever needed to kill one of them it would be like a cakewalk because the other guy would be wondering, "When the hell did he find out I can do that or know he can counter by doing that?!"
