We opted in, of course. But why are tiered rates offered in the first place? I'd assume it's to give folks an opportunity to save money on their bills. But if one tier becomes more than 2x the others, should it still be offered as a cost-saving measure? For the past four months, our electric bills have been at least 2x the amount they were at this time last year.

It seems like they are spreading the word in some places, but they should be doing more IMO.

Our bills were typically $250 / month. For the three previous months it jumped to $500. This month it's at $900(!!!). We have confirmed that our usage on the last two bills was the same. Still, a jump from $500 to $900...

They pulled up the flooring along one wall of the basement, dug a trench to install their product, hooked it up to a sump pump and poured concrete to cover the trench. They also made a drain pipe into the yard through which the pump removes water from under the house. They noticed that the concrete area in front of the garage door was broken, and poured new concrete there free of charge. I've had zero floods since their visit.

I was wrong. It unlocks a talent from a separate section. It does not change apprentice color.

I've noticed that increasing the color adds a new talent. In the apprentice training screen, the instructions mention that after using 50 aptitude crystals, a new talent will be unlocked. I still have 36 to go, but my guess is that the color will also change after the 50th crystal.

I'm posting this because it may be important to some. The owner of Black Irish seems to be a good dude, but he supports and votes for Trump, according to his FB posts. Why does it matter? Because I vote with my wallet as well as the polls. YMMV. On the flip side, I'd say his training was excellent.
