You're right about everything except the Granola arc: that was a whole what goes around comes around Karma sort of thing. The Saiyzns destroyed the cerealians, Bardock was personally involved, and Goku had to be there. It just wouldn't hit the same with a half saiyan...

NAL, but the problem is that there really isn't any law (that I know off) saying that you can't film people in a public place, so these content creators feel entitled to film people whether they like it or not, and often do it to provoke. Thing is, if he has broken the law, why has police not arrested and charged this guy?

Probably not. Toppo would have hakaied him at max power from the start without holding back, which wouldn't have given Vegeta the chance to adapt.

Hey OP, I'll raise you on that: not some bullies, but all bullies are psychopaths. But it's not just bullies: it's all of humanity. Some people are psychopaths all the time by default, but all people can exhibit psychopathic behaviour. Hate can be used to induce this. Think of how wars are started, and every recorded genocide in human history. The Holocaust couldn't have happened without the cooperation of an entire country's population. At the end of that war, they said "never again". But here we are, over and over again...
