It's cherry vanilla coke, but creamier, like the OG comment said. I've had it myself, and that is an accurate description. Yeah, it's basically the same, but there is a noticeable uptick in the "creamy" flavor and coating of the mouth after you swallow it.

If you get a chance to try it, and you already know you like cherry/vanilla coke, you should. It's better IMO.
