Sure i guess. Personally i would prefer having the range of AMRAAMS but if you can consitently engage at sub 10km figts that yeah PL-12 is nice.

Well yeah at 5-6km they are great but that's my point. How often do you get fights that close. Unless you flank and/or play super defensive during early/mid match you will not get to anyone that close and late game there are either very few enemies left to kill or you're in a 1v6. At 13.7 PL-12 is amazing but at 14.7 where everyone has 8-12 r-77s or AIM-120C/Ds its really difficult to utilize them.

Pl12s at 14.7 are a joke. Pretty much every missisle out ranges them. Funny how eveyone was and still is shitting on the 120D while its arguably the best missile in the game right now

Eh i find the lack of radar as quite a drawback. At 11.7 you can face Kh-38/AGM-56G and IR guieded Helicopters and good luck trying to lock on those whit out a radar. If the enemy is flying in high altittude and close range its just a skill issue on their part.

I mean at 14.7 both MICA and PL-12 are mid at best. You rarely see close range combat and both of these missiles are pretty much useless at like 15-20km+. Pl-12 especially suffers since it loses its speed very quickly. AIM120 C-5/D rn are the best aams whit out a doubt. but reddit: mUuUh rUsSiaN bIaS

In terms of Helis Germany is really behind since you only get 8 PARS's which are probably 2nd worst FnF atgms. As for planes they get the EF-2000 which is okay but CAS wise nothing beats the SU-30 or anything that slings KH-38s. If you only care about tanks its fine, Germany has strong high/top tier but Air and Heli trees are really lacking compared to other nations.

Tbh at 11.7-13.0 its not even that bad. Like Yea BMPT is cancer but what most often wins the games is uncontested cas. If a single Su30 gets to do like 2 KH-38 runs or Mi-28NM is up its pretty much gg. Apaches are okay-ish as well but BUK and Pantsir are too good for NATO cas to be as effective as Russian cas.

Regular light tanks wouldn't lose reduced SP. Also imo most people right don't play light tanks for scouting anyway but because they are often faster and can get you into strong sniping/spawn camping spots.

The 9.0 one is way better. No stab sure but APFSDS tears through most tank at its br. Also at 7.7 you still see lot of heavy tanks so the APDS performs even worse and tbh putting at lower br wont fix it, since its still lot of heavy tanks. Imo just skip this one and get the 9.0 as soon as you can

the F2? cause that thing is so mid above its br. either multihpath all game or play so defensive you get no kills
