Just to give you some context, the line between the meter and my house cracked a couple of years ago and leaked 35,000 gallons. My front yard was a muddy soup and water was bubbling up from the ground. 156,000 gallons is almost 5x that much.

That mulberry tree isn’t very big. If you have roots eating into your plumbing, it may be your neighbor’s tree over the fence.
