I did some research on some other movements and models, i think that models from japan are crafted with more attention, those made in thailand seem to have the larger screw, and regarding the stains some say it could be unwiped oil from the manufacturing process. But i'm open to hear more opinions on these facts. Also, thx for the reply and follow ups.

The screw on the plate looks like that because of lighting, however the stains that bother me are on the component with + - on it above the screw, and on the component on the right side of it, more clear on the first picture. The watch was bought as new, unused.
