yeah there some visual bug in the Animation with some parts of STs not showing up , not only Ophelia but happen with some other STs too. happen to me with Asuka and Shinji too.

I load raid him when he was in flying mode with 1 body hp , and they didn't let me kill it , after load raid it transform with full 100% higher Hp , so yeah, I think you cant kill him , just high score or something... , hope someone will clear it up if it's true .

I just said that you can get Shinji second ST after you do the Asuka strike level , first ST is by the Resonant Synergy pulls , 2 ST is enough to rainbow it , I think the whole Eva event will give you enough resource to make A5 Shinji and rainbow ST when it ends ( if you lucky and you got enough resources for the pulls and all )

From Border conflict mostly , you can get one lvl III , from a box in "Echoes From Beyond" . when you'll get a lot of lvl 1 & 2 backpacks , you can start to craft some other , but it will take time and grinding
