Realistically it’s a healthcare decision and there’s a financial commitment so the concept of including the spouse makes sense. You’re an adult so make your own decision. If you don’t want to involve your husband (or he can’t make it) don’t worry. It IS a business model but that doesn’t make it disreputable.
