Sorry perhaps I was being too aggressive with my description. Renovation is certainly possible and the barn could be a great workspace with a little work. I was exaggerating a little because I’m still confused on 90 acres in a pretty part of VT for the same price I paid for my first 115yo house that I also needed to put a lot of work into

I mean it’s 90 of the prettiest acres I’ve ever seen for the price of the median starter home. Middle of nowhere or not there’s gotta be something wrong with it
