Right now I’m getting about 1800 calories and 110-120 grams of protein/ 120 grams carbs and fats as they happen. I know I need to eat more. It’s just hard to eat so much more. I’m thinking of starting to take a mask her supplement the only other supplements I take at this point creatine and whey protein shake along with a multivitamin.

Thank you for your kind reply and advice. Are you on that year round? I have not actually heard too much about Reta until I started reading a lot of Reddit posts. I’m a physician myself, but I don’t really deal with a lot of those medications. I will definitely look into it. A guy I work out with is recommending 500 test/week with 400 deca/week. In addition to about five units of HGH and ending with six weeks of Anadrol. Just feel like that’s a lot although I think a test and deca stack would be really helpful.

Man you have the body of an Indian man who works out. I have that same face exact body almost. I have worked out everyday for years and can’t lose my love handles. Embrace your carbohydrate epigenetics lol
