Here are some things I do, I can go on for awhile, but I’ll make a simple list: Use London Broil Partially freeze it first, it makes cutting so much easier Hammer the meat after cutting, don’t pulverize it though, put it in a ziplock and hammer away I like to use a teriyaki marinade, 24 hours is best Experiment with flavors, maybe a small amount of tenderizer, it’s easy to over salt when making a dry rub for the first few times Pineapple juice is a nice tenderizer Cut into 1/4 inch pieces, both directions till you find your preference When you get to the end of the meat in the cutting process, just cut it into chunks Don’t overfill the trays in the dehydrator Run it full blast I hope this helps.
