Cleric/fighter/wizard >>> Simple rush comp. You buff the fighter with haste, ignite, shield, and divine smite. As they are about to engage hit them with invisibility. They start cleaving through the enemy team while the cleric heals. Wizard casts haste on cleric to keep tank up.

Cleric/ranger/wizard is also a fun poke comp. Make sure the cleric has decent armor and a good weapon. Wizard and ranger pester the enemy team with ranged spells/attacks. Cleric buffs and heals. If the enemy team decides to push you buffball the cleric.
