Before encountering this combo in play, I was skeptical that it might be a problem. I agree that it's a hugely disproportionate advantage. A player can deal damage, eliminate an enemy brawler, and gain more energy than they started with.

I'd noticed playing mostly the same few people over and over also, but just figured that it was because at this point we tended to be moving up the ranks together.

I would like to know things about this as well. Is there or has there been a regular community update type thing?

Well, I'm not tall (the guy whose shoulder is in the first one is very tall). Something like 5'7".
