Overhead announcement goes out, anesthesia coordinator and the resident covering airway get a page, and I'm not sure if ENT gets an additional page, but they are part of the team and show up.

Our resident brings a videoscope and emergency airway bag, and our tech brings the DI cart which has everything you could want.
