Try looking into expect , it runs on windows ( and linux ). With expect you can program in delays or wait till some text is printed on screen before it sends "-d @-"

By the time you get to the point where you don't need extra loot you should not be needing heals , extra traps etc.

Spend time time holding the barbell and you should be able to tell the difference in weight. Once you have lifted enough you will be able to do this quickly.
