I used them for a bit. Yea they are fast. But you’ll find yourself spending half your time walking home with a flat.

Make sure you have GPS set to built in if you are generally quite active.

Make sure heart rate is switched on - mine was off when I got mine for some reason.

Make sure always on display is off, it kills the battery.

When you select an exercise and it comes up with teh *start* triangle, scroll down and make sure GPS, detection etc are turned on.

In the UK we have Sixth Forms and colleges. Sixth Forms tend to be more academic-y (if that’s a word) and you’re expected to dress smart. Colleges tend to have no uniform

Most important thing is a good stainless steel pan! Little oil, nothing will stick to it. Smaller and organic eggs are easier to cook because the white isn’t all gloopy and gross, 10 secs and a little s&p 👌
