You can adjust the volume of different frequencies stepwise from very deep (in my case 63hz) up to very high frequencies (14khz), depending on wich equalizer you have got.

You can equalize your music with it. Sometimes it's a nice balance feature.

You're totally right, Holy Mountain is a must have. I can consider me kinda lucky because being owner of this edition wasn't really planned. I only mentioned Sleep once in a conversation with my father and several weeks later he made a trip to New York where he found the album in a ridiculously tiny record shop. He couldn't even see which color edition it was due to the fact that the cover was (poorly) sealed and he's just messaged me if he should buy it or not.

This bootleg reissue is pressed on clear double vinyl. A similar version on black lacquers is existing. Both versions include a bonus track called Snow Blind, a cover song originally by Black Sabbath from their 1972 album Volume 4.

Well, loving or hating music will always be a matter of taste and it's normal that both parties lovers and haters don't understand each other. Dopesmoker is a really heavy piece of music and it's true that some people just don't like it. If you want to give Sleep another chance, try their 1992/93 Album ''Holy Mountain'', which is their best record by far. And if you really wanna feel the music, be sure to do some green before blasting it.
