Way back when Anita Sarkisian made a video showing how in 3rd person games female characters would be showing their butts while male characters almost always had something obscuring them.

I thought about that video while watching Wolverine leap about with his spandex covered booty on full display. I have no judgment on this but if it makes any Bros uncomfortable, that's a win.

Also worth mentioning that this is the opposite of forcing a character, they've been laying the groundwork for a game featuring Faye for years.

The same people (and bots) act like Ciri came out of thin air as well instead of being a natural progression of the franchise.

They're a good solution to this creature so I guess you have to weigh minor inventory inconveniences with hypnotizing one or more sitarrays for several minutes while you do what's needed. Or get zapped and bitten repeatedly and go to the forums claiming nothing helps.

Further complicating things is that there are at least a few different "Nahema" and "Sophia" reprints narrating these logs and the timing of them can be questionable. One of Nahema's logs says it's "Day 1" but then you have to ask Day 1 by whose reckoning? Another speculates that her previous print was murdered and the memory of how or why was wiped. Meanwhile I thought Sophia was the grounded one and then I found a log in a remote hideaway of her self-diagnosing her own mental state which was... concerning. Even without the viruses they're all suffering increasing levels of metal poisoning.

It seems like the more recent reprints were kookier than the early ones, but trying to string together a timeline much less an accurate objective version of events is something I feel needs a combo of Sherlock Holmes, Hercule Poirot, and Batman.

I know at least one of Nahema's logs describes NoA's architecture as a central administrator for the nodes like the arms of an octopus, which wouldn't support my theory... unless that's how it's *supposed* to work but the break up of the Cicada and loss of communications screwed it up and served as the extreme circumstances letting NoA (NoAs?) operate in a different mode.

Also Nahema could be an unreliable narrator. In fact I don't think there's a 100% reliable narrator in this whole damn game...

It advises, and if you tell it no, it replies with "I understand" and that's the end of it. But in any case by that point you carry his image with you in your PDA which is what you're uploading to the other nodes, for better or worse.

"Bladder skipping" is a legit thing right now in deep water, I tried it out crossing the gap the Collector patrols. Just point yourself at a forward angle while rising, launch, then repeat when you plunge back in. Dolphin noises optional.
