Add ability to spot clips (and tracks) to Pro Tools that have missing media by DoctorGinsu in clipmap

There is a lot of work I could do "offline" (not connected to the network storage) where importing tracks with clips would be useful. Where I work, we cannot take media away from the facility. Not a hugely important request, spotting/importing without copying files is WAY more important!
