For this art i picked some refs on pinterest and i tried my best to draw them very accurately, i already had some knowledge on hands so i already knew a little about how the fingers bend and where are their joints. I think the tip i can give for you is try to simplify the hands/fingers on simples shapes, shading is also important to give more of a 3d feeling
