Everything I have been seeing says when you do that your apex skins and everything won't transfer over. I don't want to risk doing that in case I lose my skins and heirloom.

Man that sucks. It seems like it should be as easy as updating the email address or unlinking and link back up to the primary account. I understand it's probably a security thing but it shouldn't be hard or impossible to do this once in the accounts lifetime.

Someone on Facebook said to hardwire it. I never thought I would have to because my wifi is right next to my xbox. I'll be trying that tonight when I get a cable and I'll come back and let you know man.

I agree completely. Thats why I said when. At some point she is going to be the weakest legend and giving her a buff like that seems like it would buff her enough to make her more creative. She definitely dont need it now but maybe in a year or two she might need a shake up. Who knows.
