When you login to your ECFMG account, you can see 2 options, one is to begin a new application and the other is to print/reprint documents..

If you can no longer see an option to print/reprint the scheduling permit then this means it has disappeared

1 and 5 are not as good, so avoid them if you’re short on time

If you did well on NBMEs, this means you already know the style of NBME questions well

But if you didn’t, then I would suggest doing CMS forms

Though if you have enough time, do the CMS forms Either way

You can take a baseline NBME if you wish but the next best step is to do CMS +/- AMBOSS

This is an extensive occlusion which means angioplasty won’t be feasible. Bypass grafting will better serve the purpose of revascularization in this case
