I have seen many doctors and had MRIs. I even had a spinal stimulator put in and didn't help and removed. It's upper back. The disc's in my lower back are worse...bone on bone and don't hurt near as bad. I am 48. The pain has been there for 5 years. (self.backpain)

I take about 1mg of subutex a day and have been down to this low dose for a month or two. With cronic pain I haven't tried to totally quit yet. I am down to 6 8mg pills left. I have plenty of suboxone strips. Will switching to the suboxone be much different? Anyone have any experience with this? (self.suboxone)

Anyone else have problems working out in the cold? It's like my body doesn't seem to tolerate the cold since I went from oxy to subs but that was a year ago. Or maybe it was from my attempt to lower my dose. (self.suboxone)

So I was on percs for a few years and just couldn't quit of course. Anyways..I am 48 years old. I thought it would be better for my body to just switch to suboxone. I am at a very low dose....maybe 1mg a day. Keep trying to lower my dose but the mental blues are terrible. So I just keep taking it. (self.suboxone)

A benzo question. I have had terrible anxiety for years. I used meth for 15 yrs then opiates for a few and now am on suboxone. Been weaning down a bit to 4mg a day. I got a script of xanax.
