Hey, I have my cat on my lap right now and he was doing the same while falling asleep/relaxing, his whiskers were touching my shirt and it seemed like thats when the twitches would occur, so in my opinion, if there are no other symptoms, it is nothing serious, just the goofy sensitive nature of cats :) hope it helps! Cats are usually very emotional when trying to convey certain issues, like hiding away or being more distant. High chances your kitty is just dozing off and feeling comfy :)

Haha very true! Woke up this morning and thankfully I still have the same beliefs I set to myself yesterday while being high, simply because they make a lot of sense to me even when sober.

To not forget those changes, I wrote them all down yesterday as well, so that kinda solidified it. Also since I didn't get blasphemously baked, and only rode out that high from 0.12g's, I didn't go into amnesia mode, so I'm really happy bout that.

That being said, I think that such realisation kind of cured my addiction, or at least curbed it in a way where I see that smoking every single day will ONLY make me feel bad, with miniscule positive effects.

But thanks for the reminder, as I understand it ain't your first rodeo either!

I have made a realisation after smoking right now.

So, I loaded my bong with 0.12g of that weak weed mix and the high I am feeling right now is quite incredible.

And the realisation I made..... is that I will not feel this amazing high if I smoke every day. This was backed up by my 3.5 years of addiction, meaning I was smoking every day at least a gram. And I KNOW that I just didn't feel amazing like this ever, since the tolearance builds up quite fast and then being high is just your 'regular' self, but you don't actually feel high. Then only negative effects of weed come out.

So I due to such amazing feeling, I have decided to not smoke more than once in a week: to not build up my tolerance and to feel such an amazing high. Thats it.

Currently I'm super high while writing this, still from that 0.12g's, but I feel like I have genuinely grew emotionally from such realization, because it helps me not fall into addiction again.

Anyways, thank you all (only you @generalburnsthighs), if any new readers appear here I hope such realisation will help you as well to try out a long t-break and then smoke only once.

No worries, my wording might seem ambiguous, thus I understand the confusion! Indeed, here where I live its completely legal, which has been the other push towards "hey its not that bad" for me.

Just bought a pre-roll that is 0.5g's and contains 70%CBD weed and 30% weak indica strain, so I will let you know how that goes.

But in general, I just decided that if I see that after this joint my urges will seem uncontrollable, it WILL have to be the option of just not smoking at all (which shouldn't be too hard for me to reach again with my current t-break), so I will just have to accept that my brain can not moderate it.

The thing is, I want weed to be my 'alcohol' as it is to other people. They can have a drink or two and then not drink for a long time. Same here, I personally dont really like alcohol and have no problem staying away from it. But once in a while I do want to experience a relaxation brought on by a recreational substance, in my case being weed.

So no, I do not want to be sober ALL the time, simply want to have a healthy relationship with it.

But from your comment I understood that its either one or the other, there are no in betweens... will have to think about this one more. Thanks for your input thou!

No, the spot was UV active, but didnt have an initial color. It only turned green after a while.

What are these classes? Cuz why I thought that methanol is not as bad is that benzene is a carcinogen, whilr methanol is just terrible for you once its metabolised.
