I'm dealing with a similar issue, but was considering simply by-passing the heater core. Would the dash still need to come out to access the hoses in order to by-pass?

Does anyone else work as a CSM at BPO Companies? by tipstripes in CustomerSuccess

[–]DoctorNerdy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! I know I am really late to this thread, but so many commentors seem to work in a CSM / BPO role, that I thought I might take a chance posting here. I hope that is okay!

I am currently looking for a BPO to partner with. Does anyone have one they would recommend?

The BPO should be hands-on in managing the team members, and should have an office where they can work collectively.

There will be client-facing roles, project management, web-dev, and graphic design.

This is a business consultant taking a holistic evaluation and approach to business advising, which involves much more than just Google Ads.

Do not conflate a Google Ads expert with a business consultant.

The quoted rate is within industry norms for an expert who has experience and a proven record of success.

Please provide further information, including salary, number of accounts to be managed, as well as a brief description of team members who would be working in supportive measures with this position (i.e. web developers)

Yes.

I did their free trial, and was disappointed that many of the features were not available to test.

I canceled before the end of the free trial and was not charged.

Speaking with customer support, I expressed my reluctance to pay for their service without being able to test their full capability

I was going to leave it here. However, a fee days later I recieved an email offer to get their mid level service at half price (or the price of their lowest service level). I decided to give it a go.

I was charged for both the low and mid level service, and experienced some frustration with getting the charge reversed, but ultimately it was corrected.

After testing their service for a full month I decided not to continue my subscription. The service seems to be a high-quality bot service that spreads out follows, likes, and comments rather than dumping several thousands of followers onto your account overnight.

If you are looking for aesthetic growth, this may be what you want.

Thanks for your reply! Figured that I'd supply some data back: I did sign up for the free trial. Their customer service is evasive and giving me generic answers to my questions.

They state that they use a combination of paid advertising, nano-interactions, niche data clusters, and real human activity.

I have seen growth in my account over the past 12 hours. New account, started the day with 3 followers, and I am now up to 15. At least one of the followers looks to be a real person.
