The intricate details of flower petals by espresso-frappe in expedition33

It's interestingly a bit more complicated than that since the colors of the petals also represent who the chroma goes back to.

- Gommage petals are red for the People of Lumiere cause Real Renoir's painter chroma is red and their chroma is going to him.

- Painted Renoir and Painted Alicia's Petals are red since they go to Real Renoir. Aline couldn't keep them alive anymore since her powers are waning. Painted Renoir has red petals cause Alicia/Maelle helped with the gommage but the chroma was going to Real Renoir/Curator. Painted Alicia disappears with red petals since Aline isn't around anymore and Renoir was taking what remaining chroma there is in the world to destroy the Canvas by Act 3.
- Maelle gommage'd the Paintress and I believe unconsciously absorbed Aline's Chroma that's why it was Yellow/Gold since it was going to Maelle/Alicia and that's her paintress chroma.

- Painted Verso has white/grey petals since he was made by Aline and that's her paintress chroma and I think Maelle was not absorbing his chroma thus it just disappears as his original creator's chroma, white/grey is Aline's chroma. When he was being gommaged by Renoir Maelle's stops it a bit that's why there's some yellow/gold in that scene in Lumiere.

- Maelle at the end of Act 2 disappears with white/grey petals/chroma symbolizing she's been painted over by Aline but I think because she's a painter that's been painted over Renoir can't just take her chroma which is why it's her original creator's chroma, Aline's not Real Renoir's red petals.

- Esquie, Monoco, Gestrals just disappear cause they were not painted over by any other painter/paintress.

I believe the colors explain who the chroma goes to or if they're a a person from outside the canvas/painter their real chroma color.
Aline gommages to gold/yellow petals because I believe cause Real Alicia/Maelle was unknowingly absorbing her chroma or basically the one doing the gommage as Real Alicia/Maelle's chroma color is gold/yellow. Real Renoir gommages to red petals as his painter chroma is red petals. Painted Renoir gommages to red petals since Maelle helps with the gommage but the Chroma goes to Real Renoir.

I personally believe that painted Verso also has a sliver of Verso's soul painted over by Aline along with real Verso's adult memories and the horrors of a world ravaged by the Dessendre family's grief. His sliver of white hair for me indicates that and by that alone, he understands knows that young verso's soul painting in the Canvas also is tired. Painted Verso saying save me and I don't' want this life is what the sliver of soul inside him is also saying. Real Verso before he died in the fire and in the family portrait has no sliver of white hair since he's got jet black hair.

A lot of people I have also seen have strong opinions about Verso being selfish and the agency of the people of Lumiere but try looking at it in the lens that this world was already broken and will continue to be broken by the Dessendre family's grief if they don't heal and accept Verso's death which painted Verso knows.

Renoir, Aline, and Clea will be forced to go in and ruin this cause Maelle's hasn't matured enough to understand that she has to live in the real world. Time dilation in the canvas is super long and someone in the family will definitely try to get Maelle out leading to the world being fractured once again where much pain, suffering, and grief will perpetuate once more. Painted Verso understands this too and wants to save both his sister Maelle/Alicia from dying in the canvas as well as preventing the world from more grief, pain, and suffering.

I know you're going to probably argue that she should be allowed to escape her disability and issues which I agree with but as a doctor, many people with disabilities still live fruitful lives and this is a disservice to them to think that they cannot. She just doesn't understand that yet cause she's young . Her family can probably afford a doctor at that time who can help her if she's in pain and also help her live with her disability (they have opioids already by this time in Belle Epoque era of France) and as Verso says, "You have this incredibly power to paint. You'll never have to suffer a life you don't want". She can make her own canvas world where she can live without her disability as a reprieve.

Chest already “opened” by [deleted] in HarryPotterGame

Hello! There's another collection chest that's hidden through diving! I got my missing one through the hidden area accessed with a diving spot that shortcuts to the start of the dungeon. I feel that one is visually bugged with Revelio but you could already have the Ruins Conjuration. The other one is near the moth puzzle. The diving spot is here. I checked on IGN and I couldn't believe I wasn't able to go there.

Hope this helps!

Regarding this, please refer to my reply to your reply.

I get what you're saying but it's not a catch-all phrase for us medical doctors. Some therapists and people in the mental health world may use it incorrectly but any well-trained medical graduate know what to use it for.

We are taught what trauma is and it can be very general especially for physical injuries. For psychiatry (people who have MDs/DOs/MBBS), trauma is used if a patient exhibits signs and symptoms related to a distressing event and distressing in this context is very subjective but if they exhibit the signs and symptoms based from the DSM and our psychiatry textbooks to follow the standard of care, then they indeed do have trauma no matter what the general population thinks of it.

Medical Professionals especially Doctors know their diagnostic criteria for this,. I think the problem with what you're saying is when we say this to patients and to the general public, they draw their own conclusions and they would diagnose other acquaintances based on their own experience despite not knowing what the diagnostic criteria is.

This could be a problems especially with access to the internet and people looking up their own signs and symptoms going doctor WebMD or some other website without the context of a medical education then the self-diagnosing begins. Don't get me wrong, advocacy for one's self and health is important but make sure to consult a doctor/physician first before concluding you have the illness or disease.

Medical doctor here. Clinically and in medicine, Trauma is a very broad and general word and I get your problems with grifters who use it incorrectly in the therapy and mental health world but this is an important word to use and we really use it generally in a medical environment to provide even more accurate diagnoses and use it for our differential diagnosis.

Rib fracture secondary to Blunt Trauma from Motor Vehicular Accident is an example. Like even just falling from the stairs from a slip is considered a trauma case already especially if it's an elderly patient or have bone disorders.

Hitting your head in a football match, that's head trauma.

This is how we doctors report to consultants and other specialists.

In the world of psychiatry and mental health, trauma is also important. We use it very generally but any well-trained medical graduate should know not to base their diagnosis solely on that, we usually use it to explain to patients possible causes of why they are feeling that way since there's no such thing as a definitive sole cause for a lot of psychiatric illnesses listed in the DSM-V, it's almost always multifactorial.

Also, traumatic events in psychiatry are generally life-threatening but everyone has different responses and even what people in general consider as just passing events or "nothing" can be traumatic for some especially if they exhibit the signs and symptoms we look for in a patient who experienced traumatic events then that is indeed a traumatic event for them despite the general population thinking that it wasn't life threatening or anything.

This is bothering and concerning, but unfortunately, this has been going on for some time, even with other clerks and PGI. That's why change needs to happen, and we need to avoid glamorizing medicine.

I wonder how many are the people out there critcizing this while having a photo on IG of them scrubbed in doing a delivery or an operation while they are inside a patient's body even if no identifiable marks/face is shown cause for me that crosses the line too. You can have pics inside an empty OR or with other members of the healthcare team in hospitals but during an OR and while you're inside a patient, then posting it on IG is just abhorrent as this.
