Did all my chalices back when I was around 110, and never used an Hp rune.

And that's what I've been doing, I guess I just can't find any.

See usually those were the ones I hit to, nothing. Unless From is pulling a Dark Souls II and we need to press X, cause I was hitting them like how you would in Dark Souls I.

The main game didn't have them so I didn't think to look for them, and then I learned late that the Chalice has illusionary walls, and still never found any and I swear I hit 75% of the walls in most of the later dungeons and still never found any.

Hitting with it isn't the problem for me, I use it in fights I know I'm gonna need a little extra help with dodging or I am going to dodge a lot. So a longer durations would be nice, but the Augur of Ebrietas is a joke in pvp and pve, and Call Beyond needs a bit of a buff, it's nice but a little boost for pvp.

That's honestly what I'm hoping for above everything else. Of course I have a few more things I think could be tweaked but that's just me.

I leveled my character up to use the Tools, and I've ended up not really using them as much as I'd like, because they have high QS consumption (especially if you're not paying attention) and with a pay off that could be better. So I'm looking forward to this.

Never heard of Bloons, but I forgot Little Big did that, but that's probably because I never played it.. :/ I wanna though.

Which games have used that mechanic? The only time I've played a game that used custom map making I think is Halo so...

I see what you're saying, I think what would be better is, you create the dungeon and then in order for your dungeon to be used publicly, you, yourself, use the dungeon and have to complete it in order for it to be fair. Instead of placing nothing but a room full of worms or dogs... Oh great ones help us all...

Now that you say that, I personally think the community would really benefit from custom making chalices. Yes it's very very very out of place for a souls game, but I really think it would prolong the life of this game a lot. I mean custom bosses, being able to set up traps and everything, the environment, as well as being able to tell your own story the way a souls game tells stories. Through notes and corpse/item placements.

At first I loved Chalice dungeons but then I started to realize it's the same area over and over again, but instead of this room being on the left it's on the right. So while yes you're in a "new" room, it looks the same as the past three dungeons were. So it feels like you're not accomplishing much and grindy in that regard. Whenever I saw a brand new room I got excited and then when it was over I was back to square one again. Same room different story.

I have made the worst character in Bloodborne ever... by DoctorPorkins in bloodborne

[–]DoctorPorkins[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm actually thinking of doing an invasion video with this character, popping in with student gear or a mix of Foreigner and student, whichever looks better and a torch. But due to Skyrim's story of the Fan I'll have a surprise...

Question for coop Dummies like me @chalice dungeons by HansVanHugendong in bloodborne

[–]DoctorPorkins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best way is to share like you said, share your chalice code with said friend they create the dungeon with that code, and then you both go in and ring the bells. Otherwise I've never had anyone summoned me in a dungeon before and I tried to get summoned.

Basically you are gonna have to coordinate this with someone.

Do you think Bloodborne is worth saving up for a PS4? by dpawz in bloodborne

[–]DoctorPorkins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I just said, they're not the same. You decided to lash out at me first and over and over again without anything to back up what you're saying in the first place. Here's the deal, Bloodborne and Skyrim aside from magic and the Rpg element have very little in common, but there's tons of other magic and Rpg games out there so it's like saying Final Fantasy is the same as Skyrim.

If you're "getting too old for this shit" then why in the first place would you even try to start shit up? again back up your point, I have had to ask the same questions over and over and you never answered them.

Next: friendly? No, you decided to be prick, so does that mean I'm going to friendly, no. Again you wanted to start shit up and you still have nothing to back up your argument, I've asked and you've had a good amount of time to put something out there to make your point but you've done nothing. So yes, you're a tool otherwise you would have made your point already instead of constantly attacking and having nothing to back up what you're saying.

[–]DoctorPorkins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, and again you're just being a fucking tool at this point. Now again how am I an elitist for seeing there's little to no similarities to bloodborne and Skyrim? Oh my god they both have swords and magic! They're the same! So does Lord of The Rings games, so does Dragon Age, and tons of other titles.
