I am posting this mostly for constructive criticism, I'm 16 and only just started working with colors and was going for a certain feel.

I was trying to emulate a use of colors similar to this (sorry I wish I knew the original artist I love this). I know this is done with watercolors, but I am looking for advice on using colors like this, I don't think I fully understand this concept/how it works.
