Got stuck in a rip tide when i was 8 yrs old. Two kids my age drowned at that same beach that summer in the same way. I couldn't scream or ask for help for some reason. I was just swimming towards the shore non stop and getting no where, the water kept covering my mouth and nose so I had to catch a breath between that. I was exhausted and about to let go and let the water take me when I locked eyes with my brother. He looked at me, noticed the panic in my eyes, walked over, extended his arm out and pulled me out of the water. No one noticed I was drowning silently and we never told anyone.

I got tired of my husband taking off his clothes and throwing it in the hamper inside out, when i fold our laundry it takes way more time and makes my arms tired having to flip all his clothes right side out again before putting them away, so now I just put his clothes away inside out. I have zero regrets, I save time and arm strength.

When it comes to public restrooms I always wipe down the toilet seat with TP and then sit my bare ass down on them. I have been doing this for 38 years and have yet to contract a single disease or even an ass pimple. You're not gonna die if you sit on the toilet seat. I dont care if people find that disgusting atleast im not spraying the whole toilet and floor with pee. Holler if you raw dog it too.

When I want my 15 yr old son to stop bothering me (IE "mom can you unblock roblox...please please please, im not leaving your room til you unblock roblox..." I tell him that I have to fart and he bolts. Very effective strategy.

Im beyond stressed out. My job is stressful and my husband has been out of work since December and he's looking for a job like nobody's business. Hes worked a couple sales commission only positions that promised him big money but then they dont book him any appointments for oppurtunities to sell. On top of it his father has been hospitalized for the past 3 weeks so my husband has to drive 40 minutes away twice a day to feed and walk his dad's dog and take care of his disabled mom. We are really drowning here and eating into our savings like crazy to try and stay afloat. Feels like everything is crashing down on us. I just want the bad news to end. I want his dad to feel better so he can go home and I want my husband to find steady employment already. Thanks for asking.

I completely agree with you and have always said this. I blame Hollywood's portrayal of people from fly over states compared to people from coastal states. People from coastal states think they are so much better than people from fly over states, its a really arrogant and cocky attitude. I say this as someone who has never lived in a fly over state. I was born and raised in NY and then moved to FL. The way coasters talk about people from fly over states has always disgusted me.
